Baccarat or baccara is a comparing card game played between two hands, the “player” and the “banker”. Each baccarat coup (round of play) has three possible outcomes: “player” (player has the higher score), “banker” and “tie”.

Baccarat Gameplay:

Know that you can bet on either of two hands.

Know how cards are dealt

Know the rules governing the third card for the Banker

If the Player stands pat (or draws no new cards), the Banker draws with a hand total of 0-5 and stays pat with a hand total of 6 or 7. All other hands are dependent on the third card the Player draws:
